Where are you based?

We are a Midlands based UK printer,  and all our products are printed to order, in house

How long are your shipping times?

Please allow 2 to 3 working days for UK delivery, and 7 working days outside of the UK, for printed canvases/frames

What is your lead time?

We advise to allow up to 3 working days for the printing of your order, before dispatch

Can I order a custom print?

Absolutely, please email us on info@theprintville.com

Will I be sent a proof before printing?

At this time, proofs are only sent for wallpaper and banner orders. If you would like a proof for a canvas or frame, please get in touch

I am getting married, can you help with the design?

Yes we can! We have our own in house designer, and offer an end to end service - design, print & installation 

I am interested in a dancefloor, do you fit it?

We handle everything for you - print, installation, and collection after the event is complete
